I might check out the Smurfs when I get feeling better (I have been sick with fever and bad sinus infection and have not felt like going anywhere these past couple of days).

I saw Zombieland last year.

I just saw the preview for Smurfs the other day when I took my son to watch Toy Story 3.

I'm pretty sure it's not being released until Summer 2011.

I hope you're feeling better by then.

You know for years I have been curious what it would have been like if Archie Bunker and Fred Sanford would have met.

I purchased 2 new Blu-rays today. They both came out today

1. TinkerBell and the Great Fairy Rescue (it's a combo pack with a Blu-ray and Dvd of the movie). I used my $10 coupon from Disney movie rewards. It was only sale for $22.99 at Target so after the coupon it was $12.99 :) I think I will watch it tonight.

2. The new Robin Hood movie. I saw this movie in the theater. It was also on sale for $22.99 at Target. This is another combo with with Blu-ray and Dvd and this one also comes with a Digital copy of the movie. It has both the unrated and theatrical version and other bonus features. It says something about a bonus disc only at target with more extras. When I purchased Angels and Demons on Blu-ray at Target it came with an extra bonus Dvd on the movie only at Target.

I was thinking Iron Man 2 came out today. This was because during the comericals during the Cowboys game I kept seeing on tv how Robin Hood and Iron Man 2 will be coming out on tuesday. Iron Man 2 will actually come out on the 28th. With Iron Man 2 it will have 2 different Blu-ray choices. One with just the Blu-ray and the other with the Blu-ray and Dvd and Digital copy. I will be getting the combo pack because I like having the extra Dvd and Digital copy.

I am better now. So that is good.

So it comes out in 2011. I was thinking it came out in 2010.

I saw it at the theater. I liked it. Now I do like the 1984 version better, but I still like the 2010 version.

I haven't seen this one yet. It looks like it's pretty close to the original.

I purchased some more Blu-rays today at Walmart,Best Buy and Fye. I purchased the Robocop trilogy,Iron Man 2 (with Blu-ray,Dvd and Digital copy),The Exorcist,Evil Dead,GhostBusters and Beauty and the Beast. Some of these were on sale for like $10. Beauty and the Beast was $27.99 at the Fye store that I went to today. With Beauty and the Beast I saved about $2 with my fye membership card plus another $10 from a $10 coupon I was able to get from Disney movies rewards and at this local Fye I also get a $5 mail in rebate check back. All of that together took Beauty and the Beast down from $27.99 to about $10 :) All Blu-rays that I purchased today are brand new. I find a lot of good movies sales on Blu-ray.

Ah . . . tiny tim mentioned Evil Dead. That, and Evil Dead II are personal favorites of mine.

Horror movies today are pure shit.

My dad and I used to watch scary movies all the time when I was a kid. I think I've seen virtually every horror movie from the mid-1970's throught the 1990's. None of them compare to EDI&II
