It used to be really hard, but adobe has developed tools so that just about anyone can do it. Well... maybe not Bob...

its a little low quality in the pictures. and lol the obvious its not the right size.

There are two new ones. Theres the miles austin one, and also a demarcus ware skin. in the menu at the bottom of the forum
