Here's how Scouts Inc. ranks the top 32 overall prospects on the board at this point. Clemson DE Da'Quan Bowers has made the biggest move, jumping all the way from No. 14 last week to No. 3 on our current board. UCLA DE/OLB Akeem Ayers also continues to rise and is on the cusp of the top 10, while LSU DE Drake Nevis is back in the top 32 this week.
